  1. Can anyone use your services?
    Yes. Our services are open to men, women and children. We do not discriminate based upon race, gender, age, or sexuality. Our organization fosters an environment in which individuals who are genuinely seeking assistance, receive the services and resources most appropriate for their cases.

  2. How do I seek your services?
    Mosaic has several locations throughout the Western Cape region. You may visit one of the offices in your local neighbourhood (link to contact us page where addresses are available), or you may visit our main office (link). We ask that you please phone ahead to make appointments for clinical and counselling services. You can also call us or use our online query for any additional questions.

  3. What clinic services do you offer?            
    Our main office is equipped to provide women’s clinical services: contraceptive counselling, sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, nutrition counselling, termination of pregnancy (TOP) / abortion. Please call our office if you wish to schedule an appointment with our nurse or for more information on our sexual health and reproduction services.

    The Simelela Center also offers clinical services such as emergency contraception, post exposure prophylaxis (PEP), STI treatment, and more to survivors of rape and sexual assault.

  4. How much do your services cost?            
    All of Mosaic’s services are free of charge. We are happy to provide our resources at no cost to our clients through the generous donations of our partners and program funders.

  5. What are your hours?
    Our main office in Wynberg is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.            

    Our Community Outreach Centers are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

  6. Is my visit confidential?
    We respect the sensitivity and confidentiality of the issues that you choose to discuss with us. However, in the event that an individual discloses information that suggests a life may be in extreme danger, we are legally obligated to report this to the local authorities.

    The work we do at Mosaic is vital to the development of our communities, and we would not be able to supply the services that we do without the generous donations of our partners and funders.
